From my perspective, the single biggest threat to cryptocurrency realizing its full potential is bad government regulation.

This response is an attempt to move the conversation forward based on facts and reality. It’s about trying to reach a shared understanding on the potentials and pitfalls of this next technology and asset class.

In this video I both talk through and show an example that illustrates why what Senator Warren is saying is both “technically correct” but irrelevant for the point she was trying to make. This is a dangerous territory to legislate from.
